Sleek pout paints- Mauve it over & Milkshake

This post is long overdue! I bought my first pout paint in the shade Milkshake 2 or 3 weeks ago and was so impressed, but only yesterday did I get round to picking up another, in the shade Mauve it over. I am absolutely in love with both of these shades and would go as far as to say they are my new favourite lip colours and products.

The Sleek pout paints are amazing value for what they are, they are 4 or 5 pound each and are on a 3 for 2 offer in Superdrug at the moment, so take advantage while you still can!
In each pout paint you get 8ml of product, but you only need the smallest amount to cover your lips, so I am sure each pout paint will last me FOREVER!

So without further delay, here are my 2 pout paints:

Mauve it over, Milkshake.

One thing I noticed about 'Mauve it over' is that strangely it really brings out the green in my eyes.

and Milkshake:

I love both shades equally (hmm ok maybe I love mauve it over a fraction more). Although 'milkshake' is quite a neon milky pink, it is obviously the more wearable of the 2 shades, so for those of you who are a little scared of the bolder shades 'Milkshake' would be a great choice.

The pout paints are a really interesting product, being neither a lipstick or lipgloss I really would describe it as a paint for your lips. They are amazingly pigmented and surprisingly moisturising on the lips, but I have also found that if you pat the product into your lips with a finger, it turns into a lovely matte finish.
What I love the most about the Pout paints is the range of colours. There are some really unique bold colours (mauve it over for example) and I am definatly a lover of bold lips.
So overall I am really impressed with the pout paints and I am excited to get a little collection going!
